So we’re collabing?!?

Awesome! Just wanted to give you a heads up on how my collaborations work and how they differ from a normal session.

As a collaboration, we are teaming up to create imagery that would be beneficial for the both of us. This means that we are both taking on expenses and are being mindful of our time and what we are each putting into the project.

  • I adhere to the Bro Deal rule, which means “Bro Deal is the slow deal.” If I have a paid shoot that comes up, that takes priority, and we will need to reschedule. If I have ton of editing that needs to be done for said paid shoots, that takes priority. So it may take anywhere from a few days to a month (or so) to get the photos done and delivered to you.

  • Selections and number of edits received will be TBD and completely based on the project. We will discuss what you would need and set our expectations for the shoot.

  • Edits, unless otherwise discussed, edits will be minimal and natural. with some liberty taken during creative and editorial style sessions.

  • RAW images can be made available for purchase as will as matching color grade editing to reflect your own branding/feed.

  • Planning will be the same as my normal sessions, where we will have a chat about what we’re looking to create, set a date, location(s) and time of day. I create a mood board where we can both add notes and helps as a reference for the entire shoot.

  • I do ask for $50 deposit to lock in the date for our shoot, this tends to help with follow through. This can be returned at the end of our shoot or used towards any purchase of props/gear rental.

  • I do not allow for any editing after I have delivered the final images, unless you have purchased the RAW files or you have my permission beforehand. This means any cropping (with the exception of an IG default crop), color grading, photoshop, etc is not allowed with use of my images unless otherwise discussed. Happy to collaborate. but re-editing my work without permission takes away from my artistry. Let’s discuss and find something that works for all of us.

  • Delivery will be made via a Dropbox link.

  • Photo tag is required when photos are posted on social media.

    Now a collaboration is not for every project. If you have certain expectations for our session I would recommend doing a paid shoot if a collab doesn’t align with your needs. Also keep in mind that you are working with me for my photography style. Please do not work with me if you’re looking to replicate another photographer’s work.

    Additional costs:

    RAWs- start at $250 plus cost of USB

    Individual Image Edit- $20 per image

    Color Grade Match- TBD

    Travel Expenses outside of Orange County, Los Angeles, Joshua Tree or Palm Springs- TBD
